Coordinator of Connection Ministries.
NH exists to "Connect Others with Jesus." To that end we invite our friends to church and eagerly receive those God sends our ways. Our Coordinator of Connection Ministries will help us create systems and form teams to welcome and connect guests and regulars with groups, serving opportunities and more. We're looking for a Christ-loving, people-loving, contagious soul, with tremendous people skills, and experience in recruiting, training and leading volunteers in engaging with others. This role will require planning and administrative duties as well. Help us give our newcomers a fantastic welcome on Sunday mornings, and help us help them make next steps into the life of our church. This position is part-time, and requires Sunday morning availability. Weekday hours are flexible, including working remotely. New Horizon is eager to involve young families. Our childcare providers work with our wee-ones in the Adventureland hallway on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and at other times during the week. We're looking for people who can demonstrate the love of Jesus to preschoolers, and engage with them in fun play games, play and more.
