Body & soul® Fitness CLASSES FOR WOMEN

Body & Soul® Fitness classes are offered around the world...and right here at New Horizon. A great combination of cardio, strength training, core work, stretching and more. 


Classes are taught by Sara Easter, an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. Equipment is provided, just bring a mat and water. Come just as you are, we promise you'll have fun! Perfect for all levels of fitness.

CSFit™ Classes

CSFIT™ classes are all-in-one workouts that burn calories through cardiovascular exercise and resistance training, builds core and overall physical strength and endurance, improves flexibility and balance, and increases your energy level. 


These workouts are choreographed to contemporary Christian music, filled with uplifting, positive messages.
